Neural Sorter is an application for Electrophysiological Data Analysis.
To install Neural Sorter in your computer, follow next steps:
On Windows:
- 1. Download NESO last version
On Mac OS X:
- 1. Download and install Qt4.8
- 2. Download NESO last version
On Linux:
- 1. Install Qt: sudo apt-get install libqt-dev
- 2. Install Qwt: sudo apt-get install libqwt
- 3. Download NESO last version
- 4. Change permissions: sudo chmod +x NEuralSOrter
To finish: Double click on NEuralSOrter executable
- Go to: Tools >> Options
- Click on "···" to search your Neuroshare library
- Write a name for the library, e.g. MCD, NEV, NEV Neuroshare Library, ...
- Write the data file extension, e.g. for MultiChannel Systems - mcd, for Blackrock Microsystems - nev
